Don’t forget our Bible Study at Noon each Wednesday.  Come bring your
lunch and be refreshed with the Word every Wednesday at NOON.

We also have evening Bible Study every Wednesday beginning with Praise and Worship at 6:45 p.m. and Bible Study at 7:00 p.m.

Battered Women’s Shelter

We are participating in a project sponsored by the Women’s Auxiliary of
the High Point Educational and Missionary Baptist Association.  We are
asked to help supply the women and children using the Battered Women’s
Shelter with personal items (soap, deodorant, pampers, baby bottles,
etc.) as well as lingerie (all sizes), bedroom slippers for women and
children, phone cards, grocery gift cards, cell phones, etc.  For a

L.A.D.I.E.S (Learning and Developing Individual Exercise Skills)

Our L.A.D.I.E.S Ministry is now meeting each Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 p.m. in the fellowship hall for exercise.

Mid-year church conference at 7:00 p.m.

Sunday, May 15th

Pastor will be meeting with parents of children ages 5 to 12 immediately after morning services.

Saturday, May 21st

We will host a Prayer Band Extravaganza at 7:00 p.m. featuring Prayer
Bands from:   South Carolina, Washington, D.C./Baltimore, Md. Area,
Gastonia, Charlotte, Lexington and Winston-Salem, NC.  The public is
invited.

Saturday, May 28th

Youth ages 5 to 18 and parents will be going to JoyFest at Carowinds in
Charlotte.  The JoyFest performers include Kirk Franklin, Fred Hammond,
Marvin Sapp, Canton Jones and comedians Sinbad and Bone Hampton.

Sunday, May 29th

The High Point Association’s Women’s Auxiliary will be meeting at “The Chapel” at 3:00 p.m. for their 5th Sunday service.
